My name is Deborah Sterling and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My experience includes many years as a case manager working with children and families involved in the foster care system as well as being a therapist.
My Approach and Values
I practice supportive therapy influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I utilize various modalities including traditional talk therapy.
I have a broad range of experience and knowledge including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Child Development, adolescents, Family Therapy, and Individual Therapy.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Science in Social Work, with an emphasis on child welfare.
