My Approach and Values

I take an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Domestic Violence. I have a broad range of experience and knowledge including but not limited to Victims of Crime, Depression, Trauma, Disruptive Behaviors, Domestic violence treating adolescents, family therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. I look forward to working to hearing your story and applying new modes of being to bring out your greatest talents.
