Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a mental health professional who provides counseling, evaluation, intervention, and case management services to those who are suffering mental, social, familial and/or medical issues. In addition to taking their client’s psychological and emotional states into account, part of what makes social work unique is that LCSWs also examine the social and environmental factors impacting the client’s life. In doing so, they are able to provide resources within the community that can make a positive impact on their lives.

LCSW Qualifications

  • State Licensed
  • No experience necessary
  • Part-time | Full-time | Weekends

Why Join the ACT team?

We can help with the supervised experience in our in-office counseling environment. Once you have completed your requisite hours, you can be trained in teletherapy, allowing you the convenience of working some or all your time remotely.

We handle the administrative details!

ACT does all the heavy lifting. We take care of acquiring clients, billing, insurance, support, and operations. We handle it all for you and offer you the flexibility to work full or part-time. Maximize your income by focusing on billable hours, not on billing!

In Person Counseling and/or Teletherapy

If you are a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) we encourage to apply and join our growing team!

You have the option of working in office, remotely, or a combination of both.

Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable Internet connection for teletherapy. US resident with one of the aforementioned licenses.

Note: Counselors are independent providers, not ACT Teletherapy employees.
