My Expertise

Thank you for visiting ACT Family Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the mental health field since 2014. I have a variety of prior experience working with children, teens, adolescents, adults, and families. Throughout the years, I have gained experience working with clients dealing with a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and LGBT-related challenges. One of my biggest interests lies in childhood trauma and working with children to process through traumatic events. I ahve specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and enjoy taking the role of guide to assist children and families in their journey through trauma. I also am passionate about supporting the LGBT community in and out of the therapy office.
