My Approach & Values

-I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT 
who has been providing mental health services for over 10 years.  My experience in working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents has been rewarding in observing the positive changes health and wellness has brought into many peoples lives. I am dedicated to helping people better their lives. 

My Expertise

Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and ADHD. I have extensive experience in working with
adolescents with disruptive behavior disorders who often experience symptoms of anger/aggression, impulsive, low self-esteem, communication struggles and family/social relational conflicts.  My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy. I praise all prospective clients in taking the initial step in seeking psychotherapy. My goal is that all patients have fulfilling lives.

My Education

  • I earned my M.A. in MFT from Azusa Pacific University. My diverse experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children from all different cultural, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds.  I work with patients
    with all types of diagnoses
