My Approach and Values

I take a solution-focused client-centered approach to therapy. I utilize an approach that is collaborative and includes person-centered, strength-based, and cognitive therapeutic approaches. I utilize various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic therapy. With the right support, our challenges can become manageable and worthwhile.

My Expertise

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I have diverse experience with adolescents and adults working through life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues,
trauma recovery, and helping clients work towards their goals to live effectively. My experience spans across various settings including inpatient hospitals, in home care and institutional settings which has provided exposure and expertise to a variety of perspectives, situations and challenges.

My Education

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California Riverside. I have a Master of Arts in Social Work with a Generalist Approach from Cal State San Bernardino.
