My Expertise

I have been practicing since January 2010. I have a wide range of experience. I have worked for agencies such as County Jail, Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and CPS, agencies that work primarily with DCFS and Medi-Cal clients, addictions and private practice. I have experience with clients having traumatic brain injury (TBI) and have worked with clients who have diagnoses such as schizophrenia and psychosis. I specialize in children and play therapy. I also have specialized training and experience with parenting, and grief and loss issues as they often result in anxiety and depressive symptoms. I use primarily cognitive and client-centered approaches, these approaches focus from an internal place; therefore, assessment and treatment will be from an internal perspective.
