I have extensive experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I enjoy working with adults of all ages, with a specialty in working with middle-aged, and older adults going through difficult transitions, such as divorce, retirement, grief and loss, and changes in physical functioning. The interventions I use are based upon theories from psychodynamic, family systems, humanistic and existential, as well as brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My Education
- I attended California State University, Fullerton where I obtained a Master of Science degree in Counseling.
