My approach is insight and attachment-based; first to find compassion within the therapy room, and then for it to extend beyond its walls.

My Expertise

Navigating relationships can be difficult. It can be especially overwhelming when we feel like so little is in our control. While we may have been able to manage for the majority of our life, sometimes the burden can feel too heavy to bear. Many of my clients feel this way when they walk through my doors. Since 2013, it has been a privilege to come alongside individuals, couples, and families during their times of difficulty. I have witnessed individuals and families find hope, empowerment, and connection again where they felt they had none.
