My therapeutic skills consist of humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, and cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques. Ultimately, I have the ability to utilize an eclectic range of clinical tools with a holistic perspective; meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic journey. The idea is to work together so you can achieve your desired goal.
