My Expertise
Robert Scott Duda is a Licensed Clinical Therapist. Utilizing experience from working in foster care, the prison system, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospital, and private practice, Scott utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and a solution-focused approach to work alongside children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Through the therapeutic process, Scott validates understanding of each client’s feelings and emotions, while adapting a constructive approach to processing and healing that is specific to the individual/family issue. Within each session, Scott’s objective is to establish effective therapy through building rapport, setting goals, and making a plan to reach the goals. Working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, ADHD, addiction, self-harm, cutting, bipolar, schizophrenia, and/or sexual orientation, Scott brings an empathetic view with an unbiased approach to assist clients to establish better insight, judgment, and awareness through goal-directed coping skills while empowering each individual.
