I am passionate about providing quality care and nurturing relationships with people in order to build better and healthier individuals. I believe that everyone has the tools they need to succeed within them, it is just a matter of finding those tools. My ultimate goal is to provide an environment that is warm, caring, understanding, non-judgmental and promotes growth for clients to be mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.

My Expertise

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I have experience with substance use, addictions, human trafficking and trauma, however I see people from all paths of life. I also work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, anger challenges, ADHD, personality disorders (including Narcissistic and Borderline), self-harming behaviors, PTSD and obsessive compulsive disorder with collaborative individualized treatment plans. I counsel adults, couples, adolescents, families and children using play therapy, Behavioral, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
