Appointments are available in person on Laurel Street, or by telehealth anywhere in California if getting across town is the thing standing in your way.

Special Hours
Open every other Saturday
8:00am - 12:00pm
The office sits on Laurel Street, a short drive for residents of Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Fontana, Upland and Claremont. We keep every-other-Saturday morning hours, 8:00am to 12:00pm, because plenty of people cannot take a weekday afternoon off to start therapy, and that is a poor reason to keep putting it off.
The team here is made up of licensed clinicians — Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Social Workers — working in a private, unhurried setting. You do not need a diagnosis to make an appointment, and you do not need to have worked out what the problem is before you arrive.
Counseling and therapy in Rancho Cucamonga
If you are looking for a therapist in Rancho Cucamonga, this office covers the western Inland Empire — Rancho itself, plus Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Fontana, Upland and Claremont. It is a few minutes off Foothill Boulevard, near Haven Avenue.
Marriage counseling and couples therapy
People look for a marriage counselor when the arguing has become a loop, when something has been broken and neither of you is sure it can be talked about, or when the house has simply gone quiet. You do not both need to be certain. Marriage counseling and couples counseling for unmarried partners work the same way here, and premarital counseling before a wedding is a normal reason to book.
Anger management
A steady part of the work at this office is anger management — sometimes court-related, often not, and frequently someone who has frightened themselves with their own reaction and does not want a repeat. The work is practical: what happens in the body first, what the warning signs are, and what to do in the ninety seconds before it goes wrong.
Individual therapy: anxiety, depression and trauma
Therapy for anxiety is the most common single reason people call. We also see people for depression, grief, a job that ended, and trauma that has surfaced years later. Teenagers are seen here too, and teenager therapy often starts with a parent calling on their own. You do not need a diagnosis to make an appointment.
How the work is actually done
Our therapists work in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT therapy, and EMDR for trauma — if you are looking specifically for an EMDR therapist, say so at intake and we will match you with one. Which approach fits is a conversation rather than something decided before you walk in. Sessions are weekly to begin with, and there is no minimum commitment.
Our other offices
Our main office is in Ontario, about fifteen minutes south, and we also see clients in Redlands. Across Orange County we have offices in Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. Telehealth is available anywhere in California.

What to expect from a first session
The first appointment is mostly listening. Your therapist will ask what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different. Nothing is decided in that hour beyond whether it feels like a fit — and if it does not, we will say so and help you find someone better suited rather than keep the appointment. Our staff confirms your insurance benefits before your first session. Telehealth appointments carry the same benefits as in-person ones for every plan we hold a contract with, which for a lot of families is the difference between starting and postponing.
Anxiety that will not settle, depression, grief, a marriage that has gone quiet, a job that ended — these are the ordinary, serious reasons people come to us, and none of them is too small to bring in.
